Our team will contact you within 24 hours to complete your health assessment and schedule your first consultation. Are procedures during visits included?
Basic procedures such as vital checks, wound dressing, catheter care, and medication administration are included in your subscription plan. However, specialized procedures or treatments requiring additional medical equipment or supplies may incur extra charges. Our care team will always inform you in advance if any procedure falls outside your plan coverage, ensuring complete transparency in billing.
What are your Service Hours?
CARENZA operates 24/7 for emergency support and telehealth consultations. Scheduled home visits by doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week. Lab sample collection services are available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM for fasting blood tests, and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for other collections. You can book appointments through our app or by calling our customer service team.
